Shipping Policy

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our site.

• Customers must provide full,accurate and legible information in the order form. Valid Telephone number is must for most countries.
• Zaabi Kids Wear will no be responsible fro wrong delivery due to incorrect and/or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
• All Credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit cards, Zaabi Kids Wear is not responsible for all or part failure or non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards.
• VAT/GST/Custom Taxes and import duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT/GST/Custom Taxes and import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. They are entirely your responsibility.
• Customers must provide up to 7 business days for processing and delivery of orders. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 7 business days, we will inform the customer at the earliest.
• While every endeavor bas been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen against the actual color of the outfit received.
• All items offered are subject to availability at the time of placing your order.
• Designs and prices are subject to change without notice.
• The prices (whenever published) are exclusive of worldwide home delivery charges by first class courier services. Shipping charges are applicable as per the customer’s destination country.
• We take utmost care to ship the orders in good condition, properly polythene packed and then packing paper wrapped, however, the packages may be damaged due to delivery procedure and custom procedure at the destination country and we will not be responsible for the same.  
• All prices mentioned on the site is exclusive of shipping charges from India.
• We provide free delivery across India for the orders in which the order value is more than Rs.5,000 and
• For customized items, there may be a longer delivery period which would be specified on the respective product page.
• All orders are usually shipped within 48 Business hours after the confirmation of the order
• All orders are shipped by 1st class courier service and delivered within approximately 7 business days after dispatch of the shipmen
